Terms of Service
Terms governing your use of Wakil, operated by PureService Solutions (United States).
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Wakil, you agree to these Terms with PureService Solutions, a United States corporation. If you use Wakil on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
2. The service
Wakil is a multi-tenant SaaS platform to configure AI agents and connect messaging channels. Features may change. Beta or free features may be modified or discontinued. You are responsible for content sent through your agents and for complying with WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta, and other platform rules.
3. Accounts, plans, and payment
You must provide accurate account information. Paid plans are billed by PureService Solutions (or our payment processor Stripe) in the currency shown at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You must keep payment methods valid.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Wakil for illegal activity, spam, abuse, malware, infringement, or to violate privacy/communications laws. You must obtain required consents from end users (especially on WhatsApp/Telegram). We may suspend accounts that create risk to the platform or others.
5. Disclaimers & liability
Wakil and AI outputs are provided “as is.” AI may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureService Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim.
6. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of formation of PureService Solutions, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
