Privacy Policy
How PureService Solutions collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use Wakil.
1. Who we are
Wakil is operated by PureService Solutions, a United States corporation (“we”, “us”). Contact: dias19us@gmail.com. This policy applies to customers and end users in the United States, Morocco, North Africa, and other countries where the service is available.
2. Information we collect
We collect account information (name, email), workspace configuration, usage metrics, payment-related data via our payment processor (Stripe), and content you or your end users send through connected channels (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or web chat) so the AI agents can respond.
3. How we use information
We use data to provide and secure the Wakil service, authenticate users, route messages to AI models you configure, bill subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your workspace conversations to train foundation models.
4. International processing
Wakil is a cloud service. Personal data may be processed in the United States and other countries by PureService Solutions and our subprocessors (for example hosting, database, email, and AI model providers). If you are in Morocco or another jurisdiction with data-transfer rules, you acknowledge that using Wakil involves cross-border processing necessary to operate the service.
5. Isolation, security, and retention
We design Wakil as a multi-tenant platform with workspace isolation controls. We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (access controls, encrypted transport, secret handling practices). We retain data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for backups, legal obligations, or dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights & contact
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Workspace admins can export configuration from Settings and request account deletion in-product.
