US company of record
Contracts, billing, and the Wakil service are provided by PureService Solutions (United States). Your agreement is with our US entity.
Available where you work
Use Wakil from the US, Morocco, or elsewhere. Our beachhead is multilingual WhatsApp/Telegram for Maghreb markets — the product is global.
Tenant isolation
Each workspace is isolated. Customer data is scoped to that tenant so agencies can manage multiple clients safely.
We don’t train on your chats
We do not use your workspace conversations to train foundation models. Your customer chats stay for operating your agents — not for selling training data.
Cloud & AI processors
To run the service we use infrastructure and AI providers that may process data in the United States and other countries. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Export & delete
Export your workspace configuration from Settings. Request account deletion anytime. Contact us for privacy requests — we respond in EN, FR, or AR.
